Michael M. McGaw, Esq.

Mr. McGaw is a U.S. Registered Patent Attorney and a former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.  He has extensive patent prosecution experience in biotechnology, including the fields of microbiology, immunology, virology, cancer biology, molecular biology, and pharmaceuticals. He has further experience prosecuting patents in the fields of organic chemistry, electrochemistry, polymers, nanotechnology, medical devices, mechanical devices, optics, business methods and recreational equipment inventions.

In addition to his patent prosecution experience, Mr. McGaw has counseled clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights and has assisted individual and corporate clients in securing domestic and international intellectual property rights.

Mr. McGaw is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and has a Masters of Science in Microbiology from Colorado State University
